How we work and what we charge

Initial meeting

Your initial meeting with us is completely free, and puts you under no obligation. Please contact us to arrange a meeting.

Costs

We operate on a ‘fixed fee’ basis – we give you a quote before any work is carried out.

There are no hidden extras!

If you prefer to pay by monthly direct debit that’s fine – we make the necessary arrangements.

Timescale

We work on a fixed time basis. At the time of taking on the work, we agree the date for completion, and arrange a date and time to meet and discuss the completed work.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality within the practice.

Finally

Every client receives an ‘engagement letter’ which sets out how we carry out our work, what our responsibilities are to you, and what your responsibilities are to us.

Our firm is regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

If a client is not satisfied with the standards of our service, they have recourse to the ICAEW.

The ICAEW require that we have full professional indemnity insurance cover, and also requires us to attend regular training courses to ensure that we keep up to date in all the areas that we advise on.
